Senji Niban
Born in Tokyo, Japan. When he was a childhood, he listened to TV on Hachatrien's "Sword Dance" and became aware of the existence of music.
After that, he grew up listening to Classical and Modern Jazz by music lover parent, but was shocked by listening to Haruomi Hosono/Tadanori Yokoo's "Cochin Moon" borrowed from a junior high school friend and changed his life.
Influenced by various music such as Krautrock, Mondo Music, Ambient, Acid, etc… He continues to compose music regardless of genre. His works released on in addition to his own private label, “Yorozu label” of a long-established Japanese Techno-Pop label and British Electric/Experimental label “Bearsuit Records”.
There is a reputation for a remix style that reconstructs new songs while making the most of the material of the original song.
Since he was an AMIGA user, he prefer to use a Tracker and complete it in a PC. Currently his favorite tracker is Renoise.
He has a Japanese composer “Megumi Onaka” at a distant relatives.
